One of the many benefits of being an Amesbury Chamber Member is that you have access to a small business advisor – for FREE! We’re fortunate to have Walter Manninen, Senior Business Advisor of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (SBDC) – located at Salem State University here at the Chamber one day a month to help you with your business needs!
Walter can assist you with anything you need for your business, whether it be a question on something short-term like how to handle a situation with an employee, or have a long-term question like how to decide if you should go through a rebranding. A business advisor is a great resource to help you grow your business in a responsible and sustainable way. We certainly want our Amesbury businesses to continue to thrive!
Walter’s office at the Small Business Development Center is located within Salem State’s Enterprise Center, another great resource. There’s a great blog on the Enterprise Center’s website that discusses various topics related to business that you should check out!
Blog examples:

Walter is available for appointments here at the Chamber every second Wednesday of the month at 9 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm, and 2:30 pm. Appointments go quickly, so be sure to book in advance by calling the Chamber at 978-388-3178 or email [email protected].
