My father started the company out of the basement in the home I grew up in. So, he literally started from the ground up when building this company to get where we are today. The business was initially grown primarily through word of mouth, which reflects the quality work and craftsmanship we still strive to achieve and maintain today.
Initially out of Seabrook and now on Amesbury Road in Newton, we have been doing business in Amesbury since the mid ’90’s. It’s always been a local, bordering town for us and have many customers that have been with us for 20+ years.
Well, I can say in the trades you want to be versatile. Given that it’s close to NH, you should take advantage of any relevant license(s) you can obtain in each state. Knowledge of local codes/jurisdictions of each state is also important in our industry.
The chamber is great. I love how active they are not only in the community, but how they try to bring businesses and individuals together. Amesbury is a close-nit community and using the chamber as a way to network and spread word about our business has been awesome!
