Do you want to know how to create small bites to please everyone this holiday: the vegetarian/vegan/paleo/eats-everything-but-the-kitchen-sink? Bring yourself, a friend, or a date. We will be creating and enjoying scrumptious plant-based bites (many of which are gluten-free) that everyone will love. Think walnut, mushroom and Madiera pâté as part of a plant-based charcuterie platter; potato patties with avocado aioli and romesco sauces; roasted pumpkin soup shooters with dark chocolate and cruelty-free marshmallows.; gluten-free Grand Marnier pear and apple crisp; as well as several other delectable dishes.

This is a hands-on cooking class/dinner for $70.00 per person. Space is limited and pre-registration is required to reserve your spot. You will leave with a recipe booklet of the foods prepared. BYOB and an apron.
