Whittier’s abolitionist views are especially relevant in this time of divisiveness in our country. Tours are $6 for Adults, $5 for Seniors and Students (ages 7 through 17), and children under 7 and Veterans are FREE! And $3 for MTA members, with ID card. Come join us for a fun afternoon of painting a “Sailboat” on canvas, while enjoying a glass of wine. Part of the proceeds will go to research and patient care on behalf of the American Cancer Society. To learn more about Amesbury’s Relay for Life happening on June 24th, go to the Relay for Life website or Facbook.com/AmesburyRelay. Laura Corcoran is this year’s Co-Chair. The June 24th event is open to the public and will offer many activities and fun events.
